The 3rd White Lion beer was another successful occasion. The incredibly bad weather we'd been suffering all summer relented for the weekend and we were treated to rare sunshine and, even more rare, no rain. The barbecue was very busy all weekend and Faultline entertained the crowded garden on Sunday. The featured beers and ciders (listed below) went down extremely well and were sold out by mid-afternoon on the Monday - some come early next year!

There was no LionHart music festival this year (see below) so we had a reduced lineup of acoustic artists on the Monday of the beer festival. Despite this the garden was standing-room only again and a good time was had by all. Performers included:
James Litherland
David Hughes
Graham Robins and Pete Ridley
Jo Horne
Ally McCann

Note: Because of the record-breakingly wet summer, the ground where the beer normally stands in the garden at The White Lion had become water-logged and would not have supported its weight, so it was decided to hold this year's beer festival indoors. Lack of room inside the pub meant we had to split the beers between The White Lion and The White Hart Tap. This meant the cancellation of this year's LionHart Music Festival for which we can only apologise and promise that it'll be back next year.
